According to company’s policy based on continuous improvement, G.S.A has adopted an Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, and Social Accountability, certified by accredited certification bodies in compliance with international standards:

  • UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 – Quality Management System
  • UNI EN ISO 14001:2004 - Environmental Management System
  • OSHAS 18001:2007 – Occupational Health and Safety Management System
  • SA 8000:2008 – Social Accountability Management System

At present, the following activities are certified:

  • Design and supply of equipment for civil, infrastructure, heliport/airport and port facilities
  • Design and global service supply of: fire safety services, including patrolling, emergency response, first aid, traffic mobility, securing services in civil and infrastructure field, especially for tunnels, heliports, helipads, airports, ports; exploitation of helipads; concierge services, custody business, unarmed surveillance, technological surveillance, video surveillance, access control, guardianship services, reception; call centre and switchboard services; cleaning services, cleaning in height, sanitation and disinfection for public, private, medical facilities and hotels; cleaning and sanitizing services for industrial kitchens, pantries and canteens; room cleaning and bed making services; loading, unloading, transport and porterage services; gardening services, cleaning and maintenance of green areas; street furniture cleaning; waste collection and handling services within customer site; implementation of projects of public utility; promotion of public real estate; archives management services.
  • Exploitation of maritime stations and passenger terminals; surveillance, control and reporting to the port authority; operation of vehicles and equipment for embarkment / disembarkment of passengers; information, assistance and support to passengers during embarkment, disembarkment and transfer; shuttle bus service within the port.
  • Training of fire safety agents, training in emergency management in low - medium - high risk facilities, in particular heliports, helipads and smaller airports.

G.S.A. adopts a Quality Management System complying with the International ISO 9001:2008 Standards, certified by an accredited certification body. G.S.A. promotes quality in every area of its business, from its operation mode to the levels of services offered to customers. This approach allows to focus on the customer, guarantying that services offered take effectively into account the needs of the client, as well as regulatory and law requirements. At the same time, the entire organisation is oriented to an effective business management and to a continuous improvement of the performance.

G.S.A. adopts an Occupational Health and Safety Management System complying with the International OHSAS 18001:2007 Standards, certified by an accredited certification body. G.S.A is concerned in the protection of workers health and safety, and in the compliance with the law.
The Occupational Health and Safety Management System is the tool the Company uses to manage occupational hazards, from the implementation of applicable law to the management of human resources, by adopting any measure aimed at promoting occupational health and safety.

G.S.A. adopts a Social Accountability Management System complying with the International SA8000: 2008 Standard, certified by an accredited certification body. G.S.A. appraises its relationships with employees, customers, social partners, community, authorities and any other stakeholder subject. G.S.A. uses its Social Accountability Management System as a tool to guarantee the rights of all workers, to establish partnerships and relationships with suppliers and to guarantee an ethical behaviour in the conduct of activities.

G.S.A. adopts an Environmental Management System complying with the International ISO 14001:2004 Standards, certified by an accredited certification body. G.S.A. pays attention to the environment protection. G.S.A.’s Environmental Management System is based on the principles of planning and control in order to identify, control and monitor all possible environmental effects resulting from its business activities.
